    Every Above and Abroad property is secured with triple-layer insurance coverage: the owner's home insurance, Above and Abroad’s robust commercial liability plan, and a compulsory individual resident renter's insurance. We have all angles covered for your peace of mind.
  • Who does A+A typically rent to?

  • How does A+A come up with the price for my property?
    Pricing takes into consideration recent comparables, as well as market rates of other short term rental providers.
  • What is the procedure for checking out of my unit?
    You will receive an email with detailed check-out instructions, but these are the main steps: Dispose of trash Empty the fridge Lock the property In other words, you should leave the home in “broom-clean” condition when you leave.
  • Do your homes have WiFi?
    Our stays come with complimentary 100 mbps WiFi. If speed ever becomes an issue, let us know and we'll take care of it.
  • Is smoking allowed?
    Smoking of any kind is not permitted in any Above and Abroad home. Smoking may result in additional fees.
  • When do I receive check-in information (codes or keys)?
    Access codes will be emailed to you once your booking is confirmed.

  • What is the cancelation policy?
    Our cancelation penalty depends on the length of your stay and when you notify us of your cancelation: All stays under 30 nights: To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 24 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in. If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, you’ll be charged 50% for all nights. If cancelation is after that, you’ll be charged 100% for all nights. All stays of 30 nights or longer: To receive a full refund, you must cancel within 24 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 30 days before check-in. If fewer than 30 days remain on the reservation when cancelation occurs, you’ll be charged 100% for all of those remaining nights.
